I originally purchased PT11+support plan three weeks ago - I didn't receive a license so Avid support sent me a 30 day PT11 demo license while they sorted out the issue. Now, it seems like they've just given up!

More than likely it's more cost effective for them to refund your money and have you purchase it again rather than try to sort out the bug.

Honestly, it really saves both parties time.

I can't really see where you're upset.

You've got your money back and a solution. In the mean time, you've also had access to Pro Tools.
