Default New 11R user

I just recieved my 11R couple days ago, and just wanted to say this thing is killer.

I did the upgrade to the 1.0.3 FW, no hick-ups on my MBP.

Ive had one problem with sustaining notes that cut off really early. But searched and found it to be the noise gate. So ill look into it tonight.

Maybe even read the manual!

Just wanted to say theres another one.

Welcome. I've got two
The first one for over a year, never read the manual

But it sounds really good, feels really good, and it makes it even more fun to play.
It's pure inspiration.

Could been an advert

Glad you're digging your new kit, Subrage.

I'm jealous Bredo! I want two too.

Got mine in October of 2009 and I still gush about it once a week like a smitten schoolgirl. Takes pedals like a great tube amp. Brilliant. Just sold my bassdriver so i can pay for the upgrade next month,

No I'm not.
The first one I bought nov. '09 mainly because I was looking for an entry level setup to learn Pro Tools in my home setup.
As a hobby guitarist in addition to an engineer/producer the Eleven Rack seem to be a good solution.
And believe me it is one of the most fun guitar product I've ever bought.

But this first unit has been stuck in my studio due to its sound quality, ease of use etc. A few of my guitar playing friends also played it with a "deadly" grin in their faces (really inspired).
Never had the chanse yet to learn much about Pro Tools because it has been so much fun playing/making good sounding patches, getting to know some amps never played, getting good sounds out of amp models I never even liked has taken my time (in add to studio work).

It was so fun that I decided to let the first stay in my studio and buy me another one for home. I hope this will be stuck in my home setup, so that I eventually can start my PT learning.
But Who knows, this may end up in my studio as well.

Thanks for the kind words!

I was originally going to buy it right as it was coming out, but I figured I should wait to see if it was just hype in the advertising. Plus some other things, got in the way. But monday night after playing with it for a few hours, I was kicking myself for not buying it earlier.

Now I need a set of monitors to play through, and to play with PT's

Gotta love GAS
