Virtual Instruments Not showing up in PT10

Hey everyone. I'm trying my hardest not to throw my computer!

I have all my plug-ins installed, and everything works EXCEPT for any of the virtual instruments. I've tried everything I can think of. Re-installing, multiple times, changing what drive I install everything to. I have even copied and pasted the plug in files to multiple folders to see if it pops up, and NOTHING!

Xpand2! Vacuum, boom, mini grand, and a few others which I'm sure you're familiar with, will NOT show up in the instrument plug ins. Can anyone help me? I am at a total loss of what to do...

Hi

Have you installed the separate instrument installer which is called version 10.3 for PT10? This file should be 2.6-2.7GB and needs to be installed after PT10..

Also we need more info on your setup. Read this before posting back please

Here are my specs

Windows 7 64bit.
Custom build
8GBram
Intelcore i5 3.00Ghz
Eleven Rack interface USB
Protools 10
Presonus 44vsl

I looked at the installer you suggested. But I am running windows, and I already have the most updated windows installer, which seems to be 10.0.

I tried finding multiple forums finding the problem I'm having, and no one seems to be having the same issue. This is all very confusing...

Any more thoughts?

The latest version for both Windows and Mac is 10.3

Do all the preferences deleting aswell as Volumes and DAE folder.

Follow this here and domevery step. Then reinstall the latest installer I posted.

Thank you SO SO SO much!!!!

I had all the updates and I made sure of that. I went through the deletion process. Deleting 'Databases made' PT10 not work, so I put that folder back, but deleting the preferences folder changed it. My plug-ins work!
