Can't reach CSA! Where do I go?

Howdy howdy.

I purchased an MBox 2 Pro from Musician's Friend in December, registered it, did all that fun stuff. From what I understand, I was supposed to receive an email with an upgrade for Pro Tools 8 under these qualifications.

I never received an email, and when I try to call Digi's customer service line, it informs me that they "Will be closed on January 1st, and will reopen on January 2nd." This is a silly message. It's February.

When I hit any number, the line simply hangs up on me.

Sorry to take this to the forums, but I'm not sure where else to go. Has anyone else had issues? Does anyone know where I should try next, if the Customer Service line is MIA?

Hmmm thats weird. Call Corporate Headquarters and tell them the phone system for Digidesign CS isn't working. You'd think if that were happening across the board, they'd wonder why no calls have come in, the last month.

Maybe you've got an "Old number" from some Digi Literature?, I think the number has changed in the last 4 or 5 years. Check the numbers on the link above as well.

Our system shows a Pro Tools LE 8 Free Upgrade email was sent to you on 12/23/08.

We'll resend your activation code to the address in your DUC profile, but please check your spam folder just in case it winds up there.

Looks like you activated LE v8 yesterday. Hope the download and install went smoothly...
