Default Small Video in BIG Window

So my QT shows up in the video window as a very small video in the upper left hand corner of the video window....wasn't always like this, but it is now.

Any suggestions as to how to get the picture back to the full size of the video window?

You have 2 different QuickTime sizes in the video track. If you are using multiple video clips, make sure they're the same size. If it's only one, that's what changed. Delete your video track and reimport your video.

Or have two video tracks and select the one you want?
