Artist Control 3.1.3 Unrecognized

Hello everyone,
I have long trouble with my control surface "artist control".
With version 3.1.2 I had to "detach" and "attach" the control surface regularly to what can be recognized by my pc with the EuCon software.
With the new version 3.1.3 is no longer possible and it is not at all recognized by windows and even less protools (10.3.9 HD).
I have the first version of the Euphonix hardware.
I'm really disappointed to have paid a material that does not work for a long time. And each update is getting worse.
Is what some of you are the same experience and found a solution ?

What works for me is turn PC on
Let PC finish booting
Then switch on artist(s) 1 by 1
Then start DAW

I had the usual aggravations until I gave each of the panels a static IP address AND a different name inside EUCON (took a bit to figure out how, had to RTFM). Cross fingers, everything seems to come up correctly now.
