Default crash when opening sessions in PT6 from PT7.2

we are experiencing crashes on Pro Tools 6.4.1 systems (mac os x 10.3.9) when opening sessions that were either:

- opened as PT6 sessions on PT7.2 systems
- saved as PT6 sessions from PT7.2 systems (Save Copy In... copy all audio files...)

we have recreated this on two systems running 6.4.1. if this is a bug, this would royally screw with our workflows. has anyone else seen this?

PT 7.2
HD 3 with expansion chassis
Mac OSX 10.4.6
G5 Dual 2.5 Ghz

PT 6.4.1
Mix Card
Mac OSX 10.3.9
G4

thanks in advance,
matt
