Default I keep getting this error

I'm guessing this was caused by the fact that I was using PT with an external audio interface and then launching the software when it was unplugged.
I've tried holding N at the launch but it crash instead of opening the playback engine window. The error I get is the one below.
Any help?
Thanks

I have the same problem. How did you fix the IO if the session isn't open? Whenever I try to change the IO, I just get another error.
