Default 002 with eMac

Hi,

I am running an eMac OSX 10.4. I have been running Digi 002 on a previous eMac fine. I have had to purchase a new eMac machine!

Anyway, after installing PT once again, I am now stuck. Every time I click the PT icon I am hit with the message 'Digidesign hardware is in use by another application -(1133)'

I'm not sure what to do!

Thank you for your help.

I think, die Digi Coreaudiodriver ist running. If it is, look in your Dock, click on its icon and click on "Quit". The driver will tell you it is connected, but simplay click "Quit Anymway". After this, PT should launch...

Jerry thanks for the reply.

I'm quite sure what you mean. What does 'ist' mean?

Thanks Jerry

What version of Pro Tools LE are you using? If you are on Mac OS X 10.4, and you are trying to use any version below Pro Tools LE 6.9.2, then it will not work, and will give that error message.

Click on the Compatibility link* at the top of the page, and scroll down to the link for "Pro Tools LE Version Compatibility Grid for Mac OS X".

*Same as the Compatibility Information page under Quick Links in the Support section.

Thanks, I'll do that. I understand that you can download PT from Digi's site that is compatible with your OS, but I have lost my manual which contains the Authorization code needed for download.
