Default Avid Mojo Dx and Win10

Hello,

Cant seem to get my Mojo Dx working with Protools Ultimate 2019.12.0.

In the device manager there is an exclamation mark on the Avid Mojo icon and I get this message:

<Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)>

Please help!

Hmmm, shooting in a dark, but I think I would try a few things such as:
1-open Device Manager and uninstall the MOJO. Then reboot and let Windows re-install the driver(the exclamation mark means its not seeing a valid driver)

2-Move the MOJO to another slot/port?

3-in Device Manager, right-click and choose update driver and see if Windows can find a working driver

Hello and thank you for your suggestions.

I did resolve the issue (with also the help of Avid CS).
This helped:
http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...-in-Windows-10

That was not my exact situation as the driver was installing fine... but I still needed to go into Windows to "disable the driver signature enforcement".

All good now and running smoothly the latest version of Ultimate on a Hp Z4

PS: here is what I had to do to make it permanent:

-Disable Secure Boot in the BIOS
-Command prompt (run as administrator): bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on

Cheers!
