Mod Delay Help Pro Tools 7.3 HD Power PC

Please help me I was orginazing my plug -ins folder and I trashed the old duplictaes of plug in files. Well after i did so my Mod Delay only works as a RTAS plug in. I get a warning saying it's not supported in this version????? Can someone plese help me
