As mentioned before. You can see the release limit when you click on your Protools licence and then on details...

So I tried deactivating and reactivating again and it did not work. Appreciate the suggestion though. It seems like I have to create a support ticket at AVID now. Bummer.

Deactivate the licernse (move from license key back to your account) then synchronize license key, then activate again (move from your account back to license key).

If it does not work I will escalate your issue, but with active plan you should get it working by yourself.

Thanks, JFreak. I've already tried that and it didn't work, however, I managed to get in contact with AVID support over the phone and he was able to provide me a temporary license. AVID just needs to update my license. Apparently, this is a common issue with the ultimate perpetual license that has affected some users.
