Default Critical Update for Plug-In

ive followed the instructions and downloaded the required update to my laptop as a ZIP file...

how do i tranfer that file onto my SC48...
ive tried transfering the file to USB, but the desk doesnt seam to recognize the usb stick

does anyone have any suggestions

Are you 100% positive that the desk is not recognizing the stick? Goto Filing > Transfer. You should see the name of the USB stick in the top of the right pane. If not, something is probably awry with your stick; ensure that it is FAT formatted. You could also try burning them to CD, just make sure you extract them from the ZIP file first.

Does the plug-in have a VENUE installer? If not follow these instructions to install them through the desktop.
