Channel Strip Value LEDs
can someone help me with 2 ?'s I was wondering if there was a way to globally make an aux send pre or post rather than going through every channel and manually selecting OR pasting from one strip to another. In my efforts to navigate I accidentally enabled encoder values on every channel strip. Does anyone know how to disable these values (this is not the same as the fader value located in interaction tab)? Also, while we're at, does anyone have the solution to my first problem-global pre/post per aux send?
thanks! |

Re: Channel Strip Value LEDs
Hi.
You should use the Multi Select feature. Press the Multi Select button, at the left side of the faders (or the shift key on your keyboard). Click below a fader group, one click selects the group, two clicks, select all channels. Make the operations you want, turn all auxes down, put them pre or post, turn them on or off, etc. Then, exit multi select. If you're lucky to already use Venue 3.0, simply click on the Multi Select button again to exit Multi Select. Or, click in the message box at the bottom left of the screen and exit Multi Select. Pretty simple and useful for a lot of things. Good luck! Regards, MJ |

Re: Channel Strip Value LEDs
Hi,
The displays can work in one of two modes: temporary parameter view (parameter is displayed while adjusted, then goes away), or persistent (parameter value is always shown). On SC48 this mode is available on the channel strip displays, and also in the Channel Control section. To toggle the channel strip displays between view modes: 1 Press and hold the Default (Alt) switch. 2 Press an encoder assignment switch (Gain, HPF, Pan, Aux 1, etc.) To toggle the Channel Control display between view modes: 1 Press and hold the Default (Alt) switch. 2 Press a Channel Control function switch (EQ, Comp, Gate, etc.) i Sheldon |
