am I doing this right, - OS X instead of OS 9
yes - legacy system - but am I doing this right? - I want to work pro tools on OS X instead of OS 9 with my digi001, so I am upgrading my mac to panther 10.3.2 (can do) and gonna try to upgrade to Le001 6.4 - so I can work on OS X
- thats if I can find an Le 001 6.4 (actually I have to downgrade from tiger to panther, put panther and protools on an external harddrive - I have a G4) it be great to figure it out, if it's the right route or if there is a better one - if not I am going to buy an mbox for tiger - just can't afford it at this point. thanks Eddydee |

Re: am I doing this right, - OS X instead of OS 9
I ran 10.3.4 on my old 001 system with PTLE 6.4 and it was rock solid. Good luck.

Re: am I doing this right, - OS X instead of OS 9
Before I switched to my new mac I was running ProTools LE 6.4 Digi001 on a PowerMac QuickSilver 800MHz with OSX 10.3.9.
And it was working fine (with not to large sessions with not to many plug-ins).
