and the regular Transit... is an Orange label vs a Blue label?

I like this offer, but there's one BIG catch the way I see it:

You can't use the ProTools software until the hardware arrives. Given typical rebate offers, fulfillment could be 4 to 6 weeks. I don't want to sit around that long waiting to use the software (I've got editing to do right now!).

The GrooveLab rebate form says nothing about how long it will take to get the interface.

Well I just sold my LE rig for something more portable so this deal was perfect timing for me.

How about a Transit but the optical is ADAT? I've been waiting for something like that but no one ever did it. Well, I did read about a Wami(?), but it was usb and I don't think it ever saw the light of day.
