Default Plug-in settings/ presets names gone

I saved several songs in Pro Tools HD 7.4, Mac, Tiger, Power Mac and when I opened them on Pro Tools 9.0.6, Mac OS 10.7.5 everything plays fine.

The problem is that all the plug-in settings names are displaying <factory default>. The actual settings are fine. I'm using the latest versions of Waves, Sonnox, NI, Massey, Avid, etc. Oddly enough, the only plug-in that retained the settings name is Massey's Tapehead. Massey L2007 did not.

All plug-in settings were originally saved to the Digidesign Plug-in settings folder and copied to the same spot on the new computer before launching Pro Tools 9.

Any ideas?
