Default Any new news on TL Space or Space

Im trying out HD 11 but I am without a high quality verb which really lessens the experience. Come on Avid when are you getting TL Space to us. I personally can not use 11 as my daw until it is. I must admit as a person with a hybrid studio the new HD11 metering is something I have always wanted since my first outboard calibration attempt.

People that know can't say.

In the meantime...

This one sounds good and works in 11.

Although Space will be worth the wait IMO.

Thank you. Its nice to hear Im going to take that as very good positive news.
I just hope its sooner than later, I got on the HDX wagon as a pre payer so 64bit was the goal for moving forward for the next decade,I am a little surprised that its a avid owned plug thats the hold up to be honest. Iv tried many others but TL Space just does it for me.

Liquidsonics Reverberate is great and far more flexible than TL Space. I may be playing a bit favoritist as i supplied all the new IR's for the AAX update.

The other reverb i cant get enough of is the Sonnox reverb. It is a beast, amazingly flexible and just plain great. Sonnox period has turned into one of my favorite since moving to their stuff in search of AAX plugs. They are HDX as well

My assumption is that a Space release is imminent, considering Avid's webpage for the product has been updated with the name change and compatibility shows AAX support. I'm not sure if this was posted earlier, but I've been checking regularly and it's new to me. Hopefully the plugin will crop up after the holidays:

It does not show it as AAX DSP only Native, that would be a no go for me. I have to buy AAX DSP reverbs to maximize my HDX card, so far the Sonnox, or Revibe, appear to be the only two options.

As it is right now on my HDX, I am already running out of CPU power and my HDX DSP card still has a lot of room to run many more DSP intensive plugs.

Reverb1 is not that bad either. Sometimes I now tend to prefer it instead of ReVibe. I really must have my ears checked, because in the TDM-land I was never very fond of Reverb1 but now as AAX it seems I have changed my mind...

Listen to this wise man^

Reverb one is very smooth and good for reverbs that you dont want to be noticeable.

D-verb is like an SPX90 of today. Does not sound too good on its own, but works well on drums and where you want a reverb that does not take up too much space in your mix. The opposite is true of most convolution reverbs. They bog down the mix pretty quick.
