Default please do this test...

Create an instrument track.
Put some MIDI notes all within one octave on the track.
Set the track to display notes.
adjust the MIDI zoom so that you can comfortably view all the notes and so they fill the vertical space of the track.
set the track to display regions.
Save, close and re-open the session
Set the MIDI track to display notes.
Is the display different than the way you left it when you closed the session?

My results:
Every session on three different systems (all HD, all PT V7.3) the note display has been reset to the skinniest they can be and the octave has been scrolled all the way up to the top. EVERY F!#*%$ing time! Am I the only one experiencing this?

I look forward to your response.
Thanks

Hi, I have just upgraded to 7.4cs4 and it seems they fixed that problem now and zooms settings remain. (upgrade wasn't very smooth though; I had to completely uninstall 7.3, install an XP update, format a drive NTFS)

Thanks for your response. That is exactly why I have not upgraded yet. It's good to know that it's working right in 7.4. Anyone else?
How about you mister Digi tech support?

It seems to me that the notes are not staying the same size. Will check again.
I do notice that PT does load faster, and the Elastic Audio stuff is pretty sick so far!
Maybe next they can fix the dissapearing MIDI note thing?

Yeah, I have that problem too. Is it just me or is digi not fixing these MIDI bugs?
