Default Superior Drummer will not Sync

Am trying to replace drums and have the host button "in". If I hit play in Pro Tools 12 HD it plays but Supereior drummer's cursor just judders and will not play. Any ideas gratefully received

Default Superior drummer

I am trying to replace some drums. Cannot get superior drummer to run in sync. Have the Host button enabled, press play and Pro Tools runs but the cursor in Superior Drummer merely judders and will not play. Any ideas ?
