Default "Commit up to this insert" resets Slate Mix Rack

using "commit up to this insert" while having a VMR instance after the commit point (e.g. Melodyne on insert 1, VMR on insert 2, "commit up to Melodyne insert") will remove all VMR modules on both the committed track *AND* on the previous source track.

repeatable in multiple sessions, multiple track types, with various Slate VMR modules.

PT 12.5 HD Native, OS X Yosemite.

anyone else seeing this?

However,a workaround i found until they fix this is:
When you want to commit a track which has VMR with "commit up to this insert"
just make inactive VMR and the committed track will have VMR with the right settings when you make it active

Most likely he will move on to a newer version like the up coming SSD 5 and drop all bugs fixes for older version or if he does fix it, it will take two years and there will be something new and better out by that time and you will just lose interest.
