HD native with Sync IO and PT10?

Hi folks,
I'm having trouble to get my old Sync IO working on my HD native card. I have PT10 installed, updated the firmware on the Sync IO.
Now I can't clock to external wordclock. PT tells me, that the speed cal is ok, but no Ref indicated. What am I missing?
Or do I have to buy an expensive Sync HD?

try redoing the firmware, I had problems with a few of our Sync I/Os doing firmware updates but that was before we went HD and upgraded so we could use the same ref as the HDCAM decks

We've got 3 systems running HD Native and Sync IO... no problems. We did revert back to Lion instead of Mtn Lion, which solved a lot of other issues... but that's a different post.

What are you using as a reference generator and is that running your word clock gen? Should lock if everything is set for standard def, and not HD. I use the Sync HD though.

Hey,
I have a rosendahl nanosyncHD as my clock generator (wordclock, SD and HD burst). with a syncHD it worked perfectly.
I re-did the firmware update to 1.2.1 and no changes so far. There must be something that I'm still missing but I can't get it...

Very strange, in our second studio the HD native is running with the old Sync I/O and has no problems.
