Default Searching DUC

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but is there any way to search the DUC for a PHRASE like "hardware not working", and have it return posts that contain that phrase? Currently it returns a zillion posts with the word "hardware", two zillion more with the word "not", and... you get the idea. How can searches be done more effectively?

If you want to search for a phrase rather than keywords, type your phrase within quotes.

i.e. Type "hardware not working" in the search field rather than hardware not working by itself.
