Default Scrible Stips on D-Control

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the display on the scribe strip above the faders.
When i touch a fader it used to change the display from channel name to
volume value, now it only displays the name.

I have tried using the "Disp Mode" Button (on the desk), and there isn't an
option for this.

Thanks

Dave.

You've probably already figured this out but:
Go to (Console Prefs) and hit the (Operation) button until you see (tch-val) and turn it on.

The 7.4 cs8 update addresses this issue. It was a bug.

Hi Dave,

Do you mean that you're still seeing the problem where "TchVal" in the Operation preferences won't toggle to any other choice?

If you haven't already, you may need to trash your preferences and restart Pro Tools to clear that issue.

Cheers,

Dave,
I'm on PT 8 and haven't had any problems like that. Sounds like Rob has the cure. Hope it helped.
