Serious problem need help ASAP(in the session)

Running HD3 with 192 recording 3 piece band....

k here is the problem...

Im recording through the focusrite octopre and I get all the signals when they are recording...but when I go to play it back....the toms hi hats, and overheads arn't there...the waveforms ARE though...and when I solo the certain tracks...it's sounds like when something is out of sync kinda click. but there is no clicks on the waveforms!! WHATS THE DEAL???

What does this mean?! Could you start again, and take your time describing the problem?

A few things to check..

1.open a new session and use "import session data" import one of the problem tracks a see if it plays ok in the new session! make sure your closk source is set to 192 internal!!!

2. your clocking source! when you record are you setting the octopre as the clock source? how is the octopre clocked to the 192? when playing back, what is the clock source master?

3. Trash all the Digi database files from all hard drive partitions and the databases folder from the digidesign folder/app support/library/Mach HD.

4. trash all the digidesign/DAE and pro tools prefereces from preferences/library/user name/Mack HD. reboot the mac.

Come back with results and more details if this doesn't help.

Be careful when you turn on the octopre !
It starts with 88,2 kHz by default. When you use it via ADAT Lightpipe (or AES/EBU) and your session is NOT 88,2 kHz you have to set the Octopre to the same samplerate as your session everytime you repower your Octopre. Check also the bit depth.
