instrument track not writing

hai am in mac
in protools 10 whith instrument or midi track can´t write If I play in my piano keyboard DOES NOT SOUND
In Event menu / Midi Real Time PropertiesvWrite to Track is OFF unavailable (grey) could be setting?

But in PT 11 Event menu / Midi Real Time Propertiesv[B]Write to Track[/B like ON (Light on)
and all works in PT 11
Please THANK FOR YOUR HELP
AM IN PROTOOLS 10.3.10
PROTOOLS 11.2.0
MOUNTAIN LYON
ALL WAS WORKING FINE FOR YEARS
