More fustration!! Error 5000 while verifying authorization

I mean More frustration!

Here's another one! I'm getting a little frustrated with the issues and wondering if it's me or PT8.

I have changed my computer around a couple of times over the last few weeks and have finally decided on which one I want to load PT8. No issue like this before now. I installed as normal and everything loads as normal. I open PT and when it tries to load the plug ins (namely the AIR plugs) that error 5000 pops up for every one of them. I continued on and opened a new session and just looked to see if the plugs were there. They were not. I have not had this issue when loading this to another computer.

This is not from loading another session or from trying to use an HD set to an LE. The drive I use is allocated to "R" so I have that permission. I did the Apple I and made sure I had write permission. I did disk utility and did a 'repair permissions" as well. Now what???
