Default hardware options for inserts

Right now I'm running PT7.2 with HD2 Acell set up on a G5 dual 2.3 using a 192 with a 24 bit Adat bridge off it's legacy port.
In the configuration I use for mixing I'm left with 6 analog insert points off the 192 (AES eats up two) and would like to have a few more for accessing outboard EQs, Comps and Verbs.
Any suggestions on viable options at a cost less than another 192?

Thanks

The Lynx Aurora 16 with the LT-HD card provides 16x16 analog and 16x16 aes/ebu digital simultaneously with the exact same latency as the 192 units. Could work for you along with your Digi hardware (that's what it was designed to do, as well as be a standalone interface of course).

When you use the Digi AES-Dsub fan out with the 192i/o, it gives you 1-8 Ana In/Out and 1-8 AES In/Out.
16 total.
