Help! Error #-5000 while verifying your authoriza

This is a continuation of my previous post. Running Disk warrior and indexing my hard drives buggered everything up. I've nearly got everything working except I can't get my waves NPP 5.0 to authorize. When I fire up PTLE 6.4 I get this error #-5000 while verifying your authorization. I even tried wiping a disk clean reinstalling the OS and a fresh copy of PT and still the problem persist. I have WUP and an ilok. Any ideas on how to clean up this mess.

Your disk permissions are still not correct.
You may have to manually set your access and they select apply to all items.
The errors and lack of ilok comes from it not seeing you as someone with full access rights.
On the iMac I have whenever I do a repair disk permission with the disk utility I have to go back and set things the way I need them manually.
What the disk utility does causes me to have issues.
