Pro Multiband in account

Hi. I have the pro multiband plugin that came with my perpetual license för pro tools, but i don´t have a license for it, so when i install and try to run it i get "well, this is awkward ...". Does anyone know how to claim the license in iLok, or otherwise? / Jonas
