Default [W7x64] Structure Access Violation [Case : 01469866]

Hi,
I have following issue:

1.) Bouce Audio
2.) Import Audio to Audio Track ( via Drag and Drop from Exlorer)
3.) Separating Regions with Beat Detective
4.) Drag and Drop the the Regions from the Region List or directly form the Edit Window to structures Instrument Editor.

Result:

After Restarting Structure I get:
http://ansolas.de/public/avid/structure1_1/Capture2.PNG

The latter 'Message' is also show once I change the Buffer size and restart Protools.

This issue is send to AVID under the following Case:
[Case : 01469866]

Currently I removed all Plugins but the Instrument Expansion Pack to enjoy the best Performance and Reliability.

Anyone know how to fix this issue ?
