Default License expired?

I recently (late April) purchased a single academic copy of PT MP 7.1. I installed it, along with the Transit device and drivers. It worked fine for a while, but now it tells me that my license has expired.

Weird things is - when I use an iLok from another copy of PT MP (this time from a just-purchased lab pack) on the same machine, the software opens up just fine.

OS 10.4.6
G4 dual533 (PPC) 1 GB RAM
PT MP 7.1

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Please register the iLok at iLok.com, then email your info (including your iLok User ID) to [email protected] so that they can follow up.

I had to update my subscription payment and it tells me my subscription is active but when I try and sync my Ilok it tells me my licenses are expired. What do I need to do to get the updated information on the Ilok?
