Default SIR and VST-RTAS Wrapper

I read somewhere that someone has tried using SIR (the convolving reverb plugin) with the vst-rtas wrapper and that it didnt work... anyone have any experience, good or bad, with this? Thanks

Jono

Here's a question for anyone using SIR. How are your compensating for latency if used in an aux send scenario? Is there a way to shift multiple tracks so they "line up" with what SIR is sending back? Gracias!

Hola! Como esta?

Well, if using s an insert on a single audio track, nudgin' time!

I would suggest using as an insert on an Aux in a send-return scanario. SIR has the latency listed on the site I believe. Only way to compensate would be to print the effect, and then nudge after.

I've tried to purchase the FXpansion VST/ RTAS wrapper at least 6 times... and it always returns an error message after the confirmation of address and email page. Very frustrating. Of course I sent them a email, but they're probably all at NAMM. I will definitely be talking with them tomorrow (and probably Saturday - going two days this year) and I'll also ask about SIR.
