Oxygen 61 mk IV not working with PT 11.2.1

My windows 7 computer recognizes the Oxygen and installs it. When opening a session in Pro Tools, a pop-up window shows "Pro Tools is unable to communicate with M-Audio keyboard.....".
All settings in the Peripherals are correct, I've tried all my available usb-ports, re-installed the driver, done a reset on the Oxygen.
I'm sure the Oxygen is functional, as it's working fine with standalone synths.
On the other hand, MidiOX shows no signal!?

Has anyone else come across this issue?
