Do you have instructions on removing base of C24

I have had all the preamp phantom fail on my C24, and have been asked by the service centre to remove the underside and check the preamp connectors for corrosion and/or residue...

Before I launch into it, does anyone know of a doc or video that shows the correct procedure for taking the base off the unit? Youtube not coming up with anything for me...

Bet not, it's probably not in a manual either, b/c there are no fader packs or anything to add on that unit.

That would be a service manual type of doc.....

If it's out of warranty try it out yourself...that's how I got my Pro Control apart......1 screw leads to 2


My pro control however is designed to access from the top and not from the bottom.

So it might be easier to get into it from the top down, don't know exactly b/c I don't own a C|24
