Default HDX card not recognised - repair fee?

I have an HDX card not recognised by Pro Tools (I tried different computers including working HDX systems).
There used to be a fixed repair fee for Accel cards, $400 I think. Is it the same for HDX cards?

The card is seen by the computer, leds work, but the card isn't recognised by pro tools nor digitest. Tested on a few systems.

edit: oops missed the not seen by Digitest. About all you can try there is inspecting the card for visible damage, reseating the card, removing other PCIe cards, and checking power supply to the Card is OK (e.g. did you use the same power supply cable in all tests etc).

As for hardware repair... you are in Poland. Why not contact your nearest official repair provider and ask them. Finding that provider and dealing with the logistics seems more likely an issue that what a generic quote is. And they can let you know all costs.

“Seen by the computer” exactly how?

What does DigiTest report?

What interface is connected?

You are testing with Pro Tools... what version? And with an Ultimate *and* DigiLink license assets on the iLok key?

The card was tested in a working HDX system with Pro Tools 12.8. Two other cards work in this system without a problem. Computer sees the card in the PCIe section of the system report. DigiLink license is of course present. Digitest doesn't see the card.

Yes sorry, This crossed with my edit, I plain did not see you said not seen by Digitest when I first replied... which of course makes questions about licensing irrelevant.

You did fully remove the two other HDX cards when you tested right? And tested the new card in the same slot(s) with all the same cabling?

I would second this action as well, same slot and same Power connector on top.....

Yes, the card was tested in place of a working one using the same cabling.

Even more but... tested by itself as a HDX1 with both other cards removed.

It was tested on its own like you describe.

Is there a standard repair fee for broken cards?
