Please explain further about the SSD drive. I'm enjoying the speed. Is this a protools issue or an artist series issue? Is there evidence that a Pro Tools 10 co-install reduces stability because at this point, I'm not using it.

I doubt that SSD drives are the problem as we have used SSD's since they came out and costed more that a used car with no issues at all so there has to be something else going in if you still have problems with EuCon 3.1

The only problem with 3.1 is that the display is STILL badly delayed when banking. It's not a little "bug," it's a serious problem! I hope it's still being addressed... is it?

I had a problem with my ethernet port and so I bought an apple adapter (ethernet to thunderbolt), I would like to find out whether it will work properly and how do I setup my artist mix (mixer) to link with my FCP 7 when I want to work, been having this problem since last year.

Issue confirmed - even more serious. If you do several fast changes in banking, sometimes the communication shut down.

Well...

Since updating to EuControl 3.1 AND deleting prefs for EuControl & PT after updating...

...for the past month or more the Artist Mix screen has not frozen once. Victory!!

I've recently started letting EuControl load automatically at startup. Everything works great as long as the Artist Mix is powered up before the OS loads. But now, if I add the surface after startup is done, it will not work in Pro Tools. Pro Tools doesn't see it unless I restart the computer and it's recognized at startup. Oh well. Beats a frozen screen any day!

I am running Logic Pro 9.1.8 with OSX 10.9.2 I am having issues with my Eucontrol and Artist Control connecting. After a boot it connects for about 60 seconds and them looses connectivity. I also have two Artist Mix that have no trouble staying connected. Any suggestions for a fix.

Long story with the S6, so have some artist mixes to "work" with . Trouble is, they don't work very well. .
PT11 HD New macpro .
When will there be an update date that gets rid of the huge delay i updating the little ocd screens on the mix units ?

OK... after using EuControl 3.1.2 with Artist Mix several weeks...

The frozen display is back with ver. 3.1.2. Ver 3.1 didn't seem to have a problem at all.

It happens about as often as it used to with ver. 3.0. BUT the good news is that it snaps to the correct display instantly when I move the mouse. Not even clicking it, just moving the cursor.

Maybe that was always possible, but if so I'd never noticed it before. I hope that helps.

P.S. - just to be clear... finding a quicker solution is better than before, for sure. But better still is when it just works right! I'm going to re-install 3.1
