Syncing ADAT with 001

Hi everyone!
I was wondering what is the best way to Sync ADAT with a 001. Any ideas or hints, anyone?

I use a MOTU Digital Timepiece. I don't know of anything else that works as well as that thing does. I use the timepiece as the master. It slaves both pro-tools (via MIDI & S/PDIF synch) & the ADAT recorder. The audio is transferred digitally via the lightpipe. works great.

I have a MIDI TIME PIECE AV, and a 002r, 01v/96 (picking up tomorrow) as well as a Roland XV 5080 and a Korg Triton Studio, that I'd like to connect Digitally. Would I use the MTP AV as the master for all of these devices? How would I connect them?
