Default BFD Drums install isn\'t working

Hi,

Just got the latest BFD Drums DVDs and have tried both auto and manual installs on my dual 2 GHz G5, 1.5GBRAM running 10.3.4. No Deal. I can start PTLE and find the BFD inserts and returns, but can't find the "pick kit" stuff. When I try to start the BFD program, it flicks and goes away. BFD core audio app comes up but only shows the top bar of the window. Something is qwangst. Does ANYONE have a clue?

BTW, logging on to the BFD support website and registering doesn't work because after registering, I'm supposed to be emailed a "get in"confirmation, which has yet to arrive.

Grrrr.
