I've totally rethunk my mixing process and would like a little feedback. Please go here and check out the song "Ripoff" any and all input is welcome.

I like the overall feel.

I found the snare to loud, I like the sound of it but just a bit hot. It reminds me of Scottish Pipe and drums. A new form of dance/trance [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

Are you frying the guitars in bacon fat? I'd roll off a bit of the sizzle.

Hi, I just listened to "Rip" again. It may be my Computer speakers but other music doesn't have this high end issue. I'd say a gentle 2 K through 8 K lowering. Just a bit. I did it with "Jam" (what I listened to your song with) and it warms it up a lot. It's probably your moniters or headphones.

I just started mixing with these speakers so I havent quite learned them yet. I'll keep that in mind tho.
