Subscribe to OMS Names

I'm having trouble importing OMS Names for my Korg Triton. I have downloaded a Names List and added it into my OMS Folder with the rest of the instruments, but OMS won't recognize it when I try a new studio setup. I have read where my LE version has this "subscribe" feature, but PT Free does not?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
