Default Mbox2 mini error message installing on XP Home Edition SP2

This is the error I am receiving when trying to install "Installation and Operation of Pro Tools LE requires Windows XP with SP2. System currently has Windows XP SP2. Anyone run across this issue before on a first time installation? Any help provided is much appreciated. I just bought this software it is pissing me off!

Is your XP installation fully updated? It should be. There are several updates that PT expects to see. If not update it.

Can you post the exact error message?

I went to microsoft only one update is available and its for internet explorer, so to answer your question Yes everything is up to date. The exact error message is Installation and operation of Pro Tools LE requires Windows XP with SP2. That is the exact error message if you right click on the my computer icon, properties, you can see that it says clearly Windows XP Home Edition SP2.
