Sorry if this has already been covered, but how is the upgrade done, serial number or does it look for a previous iLok asset?

... would love to find this out too. I'd like to retain the DV Toolkit just in case I need to remain with old Protools 8 ... in case of any problems... incompatibilities ...etc...

If anyone has done the upgrade or tech support is reading this, an answer would be appreciated. Thx
