Pro Tools SE Rewire to Reason???

I would appreciate if anyone would help me rewire my protools SE to Reason 5. My Reason 5 that it is in "Rewire Slave mode" yet i'm unable to open my reason project in Protools SE. How exactly can this be accomplished?
