MIDI add to... not overwrite
I was wdonering how to record MIDI, then add aditional notes to it, rather than overwriting the MIDI. How can this be acheived? i want to say, record a kick drum, then add the snare, then the hi hats to it. thanks.

In the transport window, there is a button that looks like two lines merging into one. Clicking that button puts you in MIDI merge mode. Then you can record additional midi data to a track without losing what is already there.
