Artist Control & Mix do not work with PT 11.1
Hi,
my setup is: OSX 10.8.4 ProTools 11.1 Eucon 3.1 MacbookPro with USB to Ethernet adapter. the eucon software starts and both controller are shown in the Eucon Settings. also the the firmware update works fine with both controller. but with PT 11.1 the controller do nothing and are not "online". i checkt the Eucon Setting in the Prferences. but nothing. any idea? thanx Frank

That has happened to me as well... try trashing the PT11 Pref. Worked for me!

thank you,
i tryed this but it still doesn't work. what prefs do you trashed? the complete AVID/"ProTools" folder, yes? i also trasched the "eucon" prefs folder and the "com.avid.ProTools.plist" any idea? :-/

Try these - one for windows and one for Mac. I have used them for years with great success.
