Default Aurturia V Collection plugins wont load anymore in PT 10.3.2

Hi

I had no problem loading any of the plugins that came with Aurturia V Collection for the last few days. Now they freeze in Pro Tools 10.3.2.
Ive also installed all the latest updates off their site.

I have windows 7 pro. I have mbox pro 2 along with Rosetta 200.
I have 18 gigs of ram 64bit

I have i7 processor 950 @ 3.07

service pack 1

Please help

Thank you

Did you check the dongle to see if it still lights up?
This happened to me with Arturia stuff, I switched usb ports and it started working again.

You probably need to contact Arturia, they wrote the offending plug-in.

No I haven’t. I just did a clean install of windows 7 and I cant even get past the bloody Ilok not installing properly so I can launch pro tools which I just wasted precious time uninstalling only to reinstall again because instead of installing pro tools from a saved folder I re downloaded it off my account with Avid! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

but thanks for the info my friend.

Arturia finally just contacted me back with some hopefully solutions. But Im hoping if I can EVER get pro tools up n running again! With a clean install I wont have this plugin problem fingers crossed.
