Note the value you had to nudge the tracks in the remarks-section below the names of the tracks. That way you will always know how much you shifted the tracks, so you can readjust with other equipment.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Put PT in Spot Mode and use the grabber to move a region. The Spot dialog will pop up giving you the opportunity to set the region to "original time stamp".
