Default Metering / Eq / Filters

Does the meter bridge display Eq curves, filters , dynamics, etc or is this only on the center section?

Hi TL,

Not at this time - but it is on the list of important things to do. Currently it does display surround pan, track name, track color code, automation state and more...

Thanks,
T

Nice update!
My next question would be, if it will be possible to show those EQ curves and panning at the same time (maybe an option with smaller meters and more channel info).

Greetings,

Thierry

I think it should be an option with only channel info on the TFT.
You already have metering by the faders.
When in EQmode on the encoders, show sends and inserts (in/out) with gainreduction on the TFT.
We also need to see individual gainreductions by the encoders.
I very often have 2 comps and one de-esser on a track.

It's a step in the right direction but why so much real estate dedicated to meters and waveforms? Seeing eq, dynamics, pan, and aux sends (like the Harrison) all at once would be much more valuable in my opinion.

Don't forget that you have different type of metering available, small/tall meter, wave form strolling (or not) etc, tall meter with no wave form strolling etc. There's 4 type that I remember off of my head at the moment, and with what they have introduced it looks like there's a couple more option available (from the pic we can see here).
