Re: I can hear it...kind of
A mono track would let you select one input, a stereo track would be two separate inputs (left and right). Once you get the hang of the Eleven Rack I'm sure you'll be happy. I love mine, mostly use it for live playing than recording though.

Re: I can hear it...kind of
Thanks Joel. Yeah that was one of the reasons why i got it. To use for live shows. Ive heard its perfect.
I do have a quick question, Is there a way to choose stereo instead of mono somewhere when creating the guitar track? Just so I know. thanks again! |

Re: I can hear it...kind of
Your first screen shot shows "Inputs 3 and 4" Choose that and you should get a STEREO track.
I have been using Logic since 4.xx and the newer versions should be less confusing, but you still need to know what you are doing. There is a way of renaming the inputs and outputs in Logic. Once you do that, the information you see now will change to reflect the way you rename your inputs and outputs. The advantage of ProTools is that some of this is already done for you because Avid has used specific names related to whichever Avid interface you pick. Even then, it is necessary to know which cord gets plugged into which jack. You should be able to look in the Logic reference to learn how to rename inputs and outputs. With any DAW, you can do many things many different ways, so figure out each step before you move on.
